Questions,
answered.

Yes. We build custom AI agents that take admin, sales and marketing busywork off your team. CMO, CFO and COO operators wired into your CRM, ad accounts and finance stack, running your marketing, finance and operations around the clock. Every action lands on a live dashboard you own, sitting on your own subdomain, so you can see exactly what got done and when.

We don't publish fixed pricing because we'd be guessing. The number is driven by how many tools we wire into, the state of your data and how many agents you need. We work with brands doing $1M to $100M+ in revenue, and our fees reflect the outcomes we drive, not the hours we bill. You'll get a real number on the first call.

Once we've agreed on scope, we're usually in-market within 2 to 3 weeks. For AI agent builds you see a working prototype on your own web address within 7 days, before you pay a cent. No lengthy onboarding, no 12-week strategy deck, no discovery phase that bills you for slides. We'd rather show you something running.

We're a team of four and we take on 3 to 4 new partners a quarter, so there's nowhere to hide. No account managers: the person on your strategy call is the person in your ad account. We build the AI agents ourselves and hand you the code. Most agencies sell you reporting. We'd rather hand you a system you own.

Trades, construction, education, SaaS, legal, property, NDIS and e-commerce so far. We're not precious about the vertical. What matters is that you've got a proven offer, real margin and the budget to scale it. If you're still working out whether people want the thing, ads and agents will just help you find that out faster and more expensively.

Yes. We're based in Belrose on Sydney's Northern Beaches and work with brands right across Australia, plus APAC, the US and Europe. Everything runs over calls, shared dashboards and Slack, so location rarely matters. If you want to sit down in person we're happy to. Most of our clients are perfectly happy never doing that.

Paid social on Meta, paid search on Google, SEO, CRO, email, brand, and the data and attribution work that ties it all together. Plus the AI agents that run it around the clock. We pick the channels that fit the business rather than the ones we like selling. If a channel isn't earning its spend, we'll tell you to switch it off.

Yes. The dashboard runs on your own subdomain and we hand over the source code, so the system is yours to keep whether or not we keep working together. No black box, no licence that expires, no being held hostage to keep the lights on. If you walk, you walk with a working system, not a login you lose.

A single senior marketer costs six figures, takes months to ramp, and still can't be a media buyer, an SEO, a data engineer and a developer at once. You get that whole bench plus the AI agents for a fraction of one salary, working from day one. And when they resign, the knowledge doesn't walk out the door with them.

We map where your money is leaking, build the system into your stack, and show you a working prototype within 7 days. From there it runs around the clock with a senior team watching it. You get one live dashboard that reports everything in dollars, not impressions, so you can see what's earning and what's burning at a glance.

Week one is mapping: your numbers, your stack, where the money leaks, and a working prototype on your own subdomain. Weeks two and three we wire it in and go live in-market. By week four there's real data and we start cutting what isn't working. You'll see something running before the first month is out, not a strategy deck.

No long lock-ins. We ask for enough runway to actually prove something, usually a few months, because paid media and agents need data before they get good. After that it's rolling. Since you own the agents, the dashboard and the source code, leaving doesn't cost you the system. If we're not earning the fee, you shouldn't be paying it.

You do, always. We run inside your Meta and Google accounts under your business manager, not ours, so the spend history, the pixel data and the audiences stay yours. Same for the CRM and the dashboard. An agency that holds your ad account hostage is telling you something about how they expect the relationship to end.

We tell you. Early, in dollars, on the dashboard, not buried on page nine of a monthly report. Sometimes the fix is creative, sometimes it's the offer, and sometimes the honest answer is that this isn't a channel problem and you shouldn't be spending here yet. You keep the agents and the code either way.

Enough time to get past the noise. For paid media that's usually around three months, because the first few weeks are learning and judging it earlier than that is judging randomness. AI agent builds are scoped per project with a 7-day prototype before you pay. We'd rather turn down a one-month trial than take money we can't turn into a result.

Yes, and it's often the best setup. Your team knows the customer and the product better than we ever will. We bring the media buying, the data and the agents. Usually we run the channels and the systems while your people own brand, content and the relationships. We'll work in your Slack and your Monday board rather than make you learn ours.

Sometimes, yes. If they're doing good work on a channel we don't need to touch, we're not going to blow that up for the sake of a bigger invoice. What doesn't work is two teams in the same ad account guessing at each other. If that's the situation, we'll say so upfront rather than quietly compete for the credit.

You don't wait for a report. The dashboard is live on your own subdomain, so spend, leads, revenue and every agent action sit there whenever you want to look. On top of that we run a monthly review call covering what we changed, what it earned and what's next. No 40-slide PDF that nobody reads.

Access and honesty. Access to your ad accounts, CRM, analytics and the real numbers. Honesty about what's actually working, what your margins are and what's gone wrong before. Then roughly an hour a fortnight from one decision maker who can say yes. That's it. If we need more of your week than that, we've built it wrong.

You should, for drafting and thinking. It's a good tool sitting in a browser tab waiting for someone to prompt it. What it won't do is log into your ad account at 2am, notice a keyword burning budget and move the money. That's the gap we build: agents wired into your real tools, acting on their own, logged where you can see it.

Yes, when the website is the thing standing between good traffic and revenue. We build landing pages and sites made to convert rather than to win design awards, and we handle the tracking so you can see what they actually earn. If your current site is fine and the problem sits elsewhere, we'll tell you and save you the build.

Fair enough, most of our clients have. The usual pattern is you get sold by the founder, handed to a junior, and reporting turns into vanity metrics. Here the person on the call is the person in the account, we cap at 3 to 4 new partners a quarter, you own the accounts and the code, and the dashboard reports in dollars.

We take on 3 to 4 new partners a quarter and that's deliberate. Four of us, all senior, all in the accounts. Hiring headcount to take on more clients is how agencies end up with account managers relaying messages between you and whoever is actually doing the work. We'd rather stay small and say no than thin ourselves out.

We do. RH Media is four people and no account managers, so the person on your strategy call is the person in your ad account. Robin Hunuki founded the business and is in the work, not just the pitch. Nothing gets quietly passed to a junior or offshored the week after you sign. That's a big part of why we stay small.

$42M+ in revenue across 60+ brands to date. That's the honest headline, and we'll walk you through the accounts behind it on a call, including the ones that didn't work and why. Anyone showing you nothing but wins is showing you a highlight reel. Ask us on the call what we've broken and we'll tell you.
