Privacy Policy
Effective 17 October 2026.
We keep this simple. Here is what we collect through this website, why, where it goes, and how you can get it back or have it removed.
"We", "us" and "RH Media" mean RH Media Pty Ltd, ABN 14 643 175 053. We handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Who we are
RH Media Pty Ltd, 5/14 Narabang Way, Belrose NSW 2085. Phone (02) 5300 1030. Email hello@rhmedia.io.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and the message you write.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in our scheduling calendar, such as name, email, phone and the time you pick.
- Website tracking and marketing data: our site runs GoHighLevel's (LeadConnector) website tracking script. It sets a first-party session cookie (lc_session_*), records the pages you visit, and captures marketing parameters (UTM tags, Google and Meta click IDs and the page you landed on). If you submit a form, we link this information to your enquiry in our CRM so we know which ad or link brought you here.
- Analytics and advertising data: through cookies and similar tools, things like pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you got to us.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this website. Please do not put it in the message box.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and run the conversation you asked for.
- To follow up about our services by phone, SMS or email.
- To measure which ads and pages work, and to improve our advertising and the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Tools and services we use
We use trusted providers to run the site. They handle your information on our behalf or for their own purposes as described in their policies.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM. Enquiry form details and bookings are stored there.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4: website analytics.
- Google Ads: conversion tracking. We also upload offline conversions, which means we share a hashed (scrambled) version of your email or phone number with Google so it can match an ad click to an enquiry.
- Meta Pixel: measures ad performance on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive hashed identifiers such as your email or phone number.
5. Sending information overseas
GoHighLevel, Google and Meta are US-based, so information about you may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those providers have their own privacy terms. By submitting a form you accept that your details may be handled overseas in this way.
6. Cookies and browser controls
You can block or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you turn on tracking protection. Google provides an opt-out add-on for Google Analytics, and you can manage Meta ad settings in your Facebook and Instagram accounts. Blocking cookies will not stop you using the site or sending an enquiry.
7. Marketing messages and opting out
If you enquire, we may contact you by phone, SMS or email about your enquiry and our services. Every marketing email and SMS has an unsubscribe option, or you can tell us at hello@rhmedia.io and we will stop.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in touch with you, and for a reasonable period after that so we can follow up or deal with any questions. If you are a client, we keep records for as long as business and tax rules require. When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
9. Keeping it safe
We use access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
10. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it, by emailing hello@rhmedia.io or calling (02) 5300 1030. We will reply within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, tell us first and we will look into it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site or the law changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
