The missed-call agent. You can't answer with your hands full of tools. An AI agent picks up instead, answers the question, qualifies the job and books it in, so the customer doesn't hang up and call the next name on the list.
Quote follow-up. Half the quotes you send go quiet, not because the customer said no, but because nobody followed up. This chases them on a schedule so a quote actually turns into a booked job.
